It isn't clear hat pictures need to be uploaded on any of the demo pages. Instead, it looks like the demo hasn't been completely set up or is broken. Besides, some people may not want to go through the trouble of uploading photos just to see when a gallery will look like. I think a lot of potential users are missing out on Photostack because a good demo is more than a click away. You may want to consider leaving a couple photos in the demo permanently. I modified your copy to allow rotating the picture left or right. I think this would be great addition to your code.
